Yes! My Family Doctors Surgery burned down last week! But not before he had the opportunity to give me some helpful hints for winter. If you are feeling congested: Eat Wasabi Peas! And he also preaches about Olive Leaf and Ivy Leaf. Both available at the chemist or a health food store. He recommends Comvita. So if you are feeling like your immune may be low... I would stock up! There is a lot of talk in the media and I imagine, amongst ourselves and within our community about the importance of changing our flag. However if we are going to change our flag I like this one! Personal, I know but I thought I would share it. I have been a bit anti the whole 'change the flag' campaign, but it seems it is here and it is happening so we might as well get amongst it!
